Job Summary

The Junior Key Account Manager at our Internet Service Provider (ISP) plays a critical role in acquiring and retaining customers for our internet services. This role involves prospecting, selling, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve sales goals and contribute to the growth of the company.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in identifying potential customers and businesses interested in our internet services.
  • Participate in sales strategies and outreach efforts to attract new customers.
  • Conduct cold calls, lead generation, and initial client meetings to introduce ISP services.
  • Provide information, guidance, and assistance to potential and existing customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and help resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate with the technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Assist in explaining service features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
  • Help with administrative tasks related to sales activities and documentation.
  • Support in maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and support requests as needed.
  • Aid in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on the ISP's services, features, and technical specifications.
  • Be able to assist in explaining different service plans to customers.
  • Assist in gathering market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation for management.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, especially in the telecommunications or internet service industry, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a sales role.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and eager to contribute to the sales team's success.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from senior sales professionals.
